Frequently Asked Questions

We are happy to work around furniture which is easy to move at customers request. We do not move any heavy or high-value furniture (TV units/Large tables/Display cabinets/bookcases etc) – We ask that all small pieces of furniture are removed from each room prior to our arrival.

Yes. We are fully insured in the work we carry out in your property.

Our pre-inspection is a thorough assessment of the carpet to determine the amount of cleaning required and to identify areas that need special attention, the carpet’s type, pH testing (if applicable), Dye bleed testing, condition, and soiling level.

High traffic areas and properties with pets and children may need a clean every 3-6 months.

Generally carpet manufacturers advise to get your carpet professionally cleaned every 12-18 months to keep it in great condition and increase its longevity.

All prices vary based on the size, type and level of cleaning needed.

Our free pre-inspection carried out by a professionally trained technician will help us provide you with the best fair quote.
